Found in the graphics of the US version (and left incomplete), this refers to the forthcoming Jaleco Game Boy game Banishing Racer, which only got a Japanese release.

Training Mode

This game has some kind of Training Mode. You may play any selected level with 240 hit-points at the beginning. But couldn't advance to the next one. Instead you will play the selected level again and again. To enable it, at the title screen, hold Down, then press A + B a number of times corresponding to the desired stage from 1 to 5.

If you press A + B 6 times, you'll be able to see the ending. In this case the staff roll will be different from the one you should see if you beat the game normally. It will contain an additional programmer's message instead of the regular name.
