Rt. Hon. Sir Albert Spicer, 1st Bt. was born on 16 March 1847.1 He is the son of James Spicer and Louisa Edwards.2 He married Jessie Stewart Dykes, daughter of David Stewart Dykes, on 6 March 1879.1 He died on 20 December 1934 at age 87.1
He was Treasurer of the London Missionary Society between 1885 and 1910.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Monmouth between 1892 and 1900.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Hackney Central between 1906 and 1918.1 He was created 1st Baronet Spicer, of Lancaster Gate, Borough of Paddington [U.K.] on 17 July 1906.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1912.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1

Richard Humphrey Russell Pakington, 6th Baron Hampton was born on 25 May 1925.1 He was the son of Humphrey Arthur Pakington, 5th Baron Hampton and Grace Dykes Spicer. He married Jane Elizabeth Farquharson Arnott, daughter of Thomas Frank Arnott, on 25 October 1958.1 He died on 9 July 2003 at age 78.2
