     Cecil Henry Spencer Perceval was born on 8 May 1849.1 He was the son of Ernest Augustas Perceval and Beatrice Trevelyan.1 He married Henrietta Mary Murray Pratt, daughter of Reverend Jermyn Pratt and Mary Louisa Murray, on 24 January 1895.1 He died on 8 May 1920 at age 71.1

     Her married name became Perceval.

     Reverend Jermyn Pratt was born in 1798.2 He was the son of Edward Roger Pratt and Pleasance Browne.3 He married Mary Louisa Murray, daughter of Rt. Rev. George Murray and Lady Sarah Maria Hay-Drummond, on 4 May 1847 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.3 He died in 1867.2

     Lady Frances Perceval was the daughter of John Perceval, 2nd Earl of Egmont and Catherine Compton, Baroness Arden.1,2 She married John Freeman-Mitford, 1st Baron Redesdale, son of John Mitford and Philadelphia Reveley, on 6 June 1803.3 She died on 22 August 1817.1
     After her marriage, Lady Frances Perceval was styled as Baroness Redesdale on 6 June 1803. From 6 June 1803, her married name became Mitford.1 From 28 January 1809, her married name became Freeman-Mitford.1

     John Freeman-Mitford, 1st Baron Redesdale was born on 18 August 1748.1 He was the son of John Mitford and Philadelphia Reveley.1,3 He married Lady Frances Perceval, daughter of John Perceval, 2nd Earl of Egmont and Catherine Compton, Baroness Arden, on 6 June 1803.4 He died on 16 January 1830 at age 81.4
     He was a practising Barrister-at-Law in 1777.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Beeralston between 1788 and 1789.1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1789.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1793.1 He held the office of Solicitor-General between 1793 and 1799.1 He held the office of Attorney-General between 1799 and 1801.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Looe between 1799 and 1802.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1801.1 He held the office of Speaker of the House of Commons between 1801 and 1802.1 He held the office of Lord Chancellor [Ireland] between 1802 and 1806.1 He was created 1st Baron Redesdale, of Redesdale, co. Northumberland [U.K.] on 15 February 1802.1 On 28 January 1809 his name was legally changed to John Freeman-Mitford by Royal Licence.1
