     Matthew White Ridley, 3rd Viscount Ridley was born on 16 December 1902.1 He was the son of Matthew White Ridley, 2nd Viscount Ridley and Hon. Rosamond Cornelia Gwladys Guest.2 He married Ursula Lutyens, daughter of Sir Edwin Landseer Lutyens and Lady Emily Bulwer-Lytton, on 13 October 1924.1 He died on 25 February 1964 at age 61.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Wensleydale, of Blagdon and Blyth, co.      Matthew White Ridley, 2nd Viscount Ridley was born on 6 December 1874.1 He was the son of Matthew White Ridley, 1st Viscount Ridley and Hon. Mary Georgiana Marjoribanks.1 He married Hon. Rosamond Cornelia Gwladys Guest, daughter of Ivor Bertie Guest, 1st Baron Wimborne and Lady Cornelia Henrietta Maria Spencer-Churchill, on 8 February 1899.2 He died on 14 February 1916 at age 41.1
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northumberland.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He was Private Secretary to the Home Secretary between 1900 and 1902.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) Mary Georgiana Marjoribanks.2 He married Natalie Louise Gräfin von Benckendorff, daughter of Alexander Graf von Benckendorff and Countess Sophia Petrovna Shuvalova, on 28 April 1911 at London, EnglandG.2 He died on 1 October 1951 at age 64.2

Rosamond Cornelia Gwladys Guest was the daughter of Ivor Bertie Guest, 1st Baron Wimborne and Lady Cornelia Henrietta Maria Spencer-Churchill.2 She married Matthew White Ridley, 2nd Viscount Ridley, son of Matthew White Ridley, 1st Viscount Ridley and Hon. Mary Georgiana Marjoribanks, on 8 February 1899.2 She died on 2 December 1947.2
     Her married name became Ridley. After her marriage, Hon. Rosamond Cornelia Gwladys Guest was styled as Viscountess Ridley on 28 November 1904. She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 1918.2

Mary Georgiana Marjoribanks.1 She married, firstly, Rupert Sackville Gwynne, son of James Eglinton Anderson Gwynne and Mary Earle Purvis, on 3 May 1905.1 She married, secondly, Captain John Hamilton, son of John Hamilton, on 19 October 1933.1 She died on 8 June 1973.1
     From 3 May 1905, her married name became Gwynne. From 19 October 1933, her married name became Hamilton.
