     Sir Harold Smith was born on 18 April 1876.1 He was the son of Frederick Smith and Elizabeth Taylor.1 He married Joan Furneaux, daughter of Reverend Henry Furneaux and Eleanor Elizabeth Severn, on 29 July 1914.1 He died on 10 September 1924 at age 48.1

     Joan Furneaux was the daughter of Reverend Henry Furneaux and Eleanor Elizabeth Severn.1 She married Sir Harold Smith, son of Frederick Smith and Elizabeth Taylor, on 29 July 1914.1 She died on 20 May 1963.1
     From 29 July 1914, her married name became Smith.1
