Sir Geoffrey Alan Hulton, 4th Bt. was born on 21 January 1920.1 He was the son of Sir Roger Braddyll Hulton, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Marjorie Evelyn Louise de Montmorency.1 He married Mary Patricia Reynolds, daughter of Patrick Arnold de Vere Reynolds, on 4 December 1945.1 He died on 20 November 1993 at age 73.2
He was commissioned in 1938 with the rank of officer, in the service of the Royal Marines.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945, where he became a POW.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1940.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1948.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire in 1955.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Hulton, of Hulton Park, Bolton-le-Moors, co. Lancaster [U.K., 1905] on 23 April 1956.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.2
