     Hon. Maud Elizabeth Brand was born in 1857 at Glynde, Sussex, England.2 She was the daughter of Henry Bouverie William Brand, 1st Viscount Hampden of Glynde and Eliza Ellice.1 She married David Augustus Bevan, son of Richard Lee Bevan, on 22 October 1885.1 She died on 8 January 1944.1
     Her married name became Bevan. She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 1918.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hertfordshire in 1920.1

Maud Elizabeth Brand, daughter of Henry Bouverie William Brand, 1st Viscount Hampden of Glynde and Eliza Ellice, on 22 October 1885.3 He died on 26 December 1937.3
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He lived at Rowney Priory, Ware, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1
