     Rupert Charles Scott, 7th Earl of Clonmell was born on 10 November 1877 at Eathorpe Hall, Leamington, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of Beauchamp Henry John Scott, 6th Earl of Clonmell and Lucy Maria Willson.1 He married Rachel Estelle Berridge, daughter of Samuel Berridge and Rachel Alice Caunter, on 8 August 1901.1 He died on 18 November 1928 at age 51 at Williton, Somerset, EnglandG, without male issue.1,3 His will was proven (by probate) in 1929, at £4,020 net.3
     He was educated between 1890 and 1895 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.3 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Clonmell, co. Tipperary [I., 1793] on 2 February 1898.1 He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Clonmell [I., 1789] on 2 February 1898.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Earlsfort of Lisson-Earl, co. Tipperary [I., 1784] on 2 February 1898.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Warwickshire Royal Horse Artillery.1

     She was an actress in the provinces.3 From 8 August 1901, her married name became Scott.1 After her marriage, Rachel Estelle Berridge was styled as Countess of Clonmell on 8 August 1901.

     Beauchamp Henry John Scott, 6th Earl of Clonmell was born on 28 December 1847 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1,2 He was the son of Colonel Hon. Charles Grantham Scott and Frances Maria Grey.1 He married Lucy Maria Willson, daughter of Anthony Willson and Mary Eliza Caroline Fane, on 31 March 1875 at Rauceby Hall, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 1 February 1898 at age 50 at Eathorpe Hall, Leamington, Warwickshire, EnglandG, from blood poisoning from burning sealing wax dropped on his hand.1,2
     He was educated between 1861 and 1865 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Fusilier Guards.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Clonmell [I., 1789] on 18 June 1896.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Earlsfort of Lisson-Earl, co.      Lucy Maria Willson was the daughter of Anthony Willson and Mary Eliza Caroline Fane.1,2 She married Beauchamp Henry John Scott, 6th Earl of Clonmell, son of Colonel Hon. Charles Grantham Scott and Frances Maria Grey, on 31 March 1875 at Rauceby Hall, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1,2 She died on 7 July 1909 at Eathorpe Hall, Leamington, Warwickshire, EnglandG.2 Her will was proven (by probate) on 7 September 1909, at over £10,000, and over £9,000 net.2
     From 31 March 1875, her married name became Scott.1 After her marriage, Lucy Maria Willson was styled as Countess of Clonmell on 18 June 1896.
