Cécile Drummond was the daughter of Edward Drummond, Comte de Melfort and Marie Sabina Naysmith.1 She married, firstly, Admiral Hon. Sir Fleetwood Broughton Reynolds Pellew, son of Edward Pellew, 1st Viscount Exmouth and Susannah Frowde, on 22 February 1851.1 She and Admiral Hon. Sir Fleetwood Broughton Reynolds Pellew were divorced in 1859.1 She married, secondly, George Lennox Rawdon Berkeley, 7th Earl of Berkeley, son of General Sir George Henry Frederick Berkeley and Lucy Sutton, on 22 February 1860.1 She died on 1 November 1914.2
