     Hon. Gilbert Greenall was born on 2 October 1901.1 He was the son of Gilbert Greenall, 1st Baron Daresbury and Frances Eliza Griffith.2 He married Betty Isobel Crawford, daughter of John Shields Crawford and Elizabeth Walker, on 15 September 1924.1 He died on 27 July 1928 at age 26.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Life Guards.1

     Gilbert Greenall, 1st Baron Daresbury was born on 30 March 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Gilbert Greenall, 1st Bt. and Susannah Rapp.3 He married Frances Eliza Griffith, daughter of Captain Edward Wynne Griffith, on 25 October 1900.1 He died on 24 October 1938 at age 71.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Cheshire Yeomanry Cavalry.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Greenall, of Walton, Chester [U.K., 1876] on 10 July 1894.1 He was Master of the Foxhounds, Belvior between 1896 and 1912.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cheshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cheshire.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Cheshire in 1907.1 He held the office of President of the Royal Agricultural Society in 1910.1 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1911.1 He was awarded the Officer, Order of the Crown of Belgium.1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1921.1 He held the office of President of the Royal Agricultural Society in 1925.1 He was created 1st Baron Daresbury, of Walton, Chester [U.K.] on 21 June 1927.1

     Frances Eliza Griffith was the daughter of Captain Edward Wynne Griffith.2 She married Gilbert Greenall, 1st Baron Daresbury, son of Sir Gilbert Greenall, 1st Bt. and Susannah Rapp, on 25 October 1900.1 She died on 19 December 1953.
     Her married name became Greenall. After her marriage, Frances Eliza Griffith was styled as Baroness Daresbury on 21 June 1927. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1

     Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar was born on 1 February 1910.2 She was the daughter of Sir Walter Randolph FitzRoy Farquhar, 5th Bt. and Violet Maud Corkran.1,2 She married, firstly, Major Richard Gennys Fanshawe, son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Edward Arthur Fanshawe and Frances Rose Higginson, on 14 December 1932.2 She and Major Richard Gennys Fanshawe were divorced in 1961.2 She married, secondly, Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, 2nd Baron Dulverton, son of Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills, 1st Baron Dulverton and Victoria May Chichester, on 28 April 1962.1 She died on 23 June 2007 at age 97.3
     From 14 December 1932, her married name became Fanshawe. From 28 April 1962, her married name became Wills. She lived in 2003 at Barnbrook Cottage, Milton Lilbourne, Pewsey, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1

     Major Richard Gennys Fanshawe was born on 22 June 1908.2 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Edward Arthur Fanshawe and Frances Rose Higginson. He married Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar, daughter of Sir Walter Randolph FitzRoy Farquhar, 5th Bt. and Violet Maud Corkran, on 14 December 1932.3 He and Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar were divorced in 1961.3 He married Araby Diana Ransom, daughter of Philip Lucas Ransom and Araby Mona Greer, in June 1963.2 He died on 14 April 1988 at age 79.3,2
     He gained the rank of Major in the 16th/5th Lancers.1
