     Sir Kenneth Scott was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.)¹

     Rudolph MacLeod was born on 1 March 1856 at Heukelum, The Netherlands.¹ He was the son of John Brienen MacLeod and Dina Louisa barones Sweerts de Landas.¹ He married Margaretha Geertruida Zelle, daughter of Adam Zelle and Antje van der Meulen, on 11 July 1895 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ He and Margaretha Geertruida Zelle were divorced on 10 June 1907.¹ He married Elisabetha Maria Christina van der Mast on 22 November 1907.¹ He and Elisabetha Maria Christina van der Mast were divorced on 30 July 1917.¹ He married Grietje Meijer on 3 October 1917 at Rhenen, The Netherlands.¹ He died on 9 January 1928 at age 71 at Velp, The Netherlands.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Dutch Indian Army.¹

     Margaretha Geertruida Zelle used the stage-name of Mata Hari.¹ From 11 July 1895, her married name became MacLeod.¹
