Rt. Rev. Edwin James Palmer was born on 10 January 1869.1 He was the son of Venerable Edwin Palmer and Henrietta Riddell.1 He married Hazel Hanning-Lee, daughter of Colonel Edward Hanning Hanning-Lee, on 7 October 1912.1 He died on 28 March 1954 at age 85, without issue.1
