     Frances MacDougall was born on 19 October 1816 at Waterford, County Waterford, Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of Henry MacDougall and Frances Allman.¹ She married Sir Andrew Searle Hart, son of Reverend George Vaughan Ledwich Hart and Maria Murray Hume, on 6 August 1840 at Clontarf Parish Church, Clontarf, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ She died on 28 October 1876 at age 60 at San Remo, Italy.¹
     From 6 August 1840, her married name became Hart.¹
