     Francis Robert Leslie Lowth was born in 1889 at Eltham, Kent, England.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frank Robert Lowth and May Florence de Rune Leslie.1 He died on 22 August 1915 at Turkey, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Lancashire Fusiliers.1

     Bethia Murray is the daughter of James Murray of Deucar.2 She married John Drummond, 10th of Lennoch, 3rd of Megginch, son of Adam Drummond, 2nd of Megginch Castle and Alison Hay, in 1712.1

     Reverend Joseph Townsend was born on 4 April 1739.1,2 He was the son of Chauncy Townsend and Bridgett Phipps.1 He married, firstly, Joyce Nankivell, daughter of Thomas Nankivell, in 1773.1 He married, secondly, Lydia Hammond, daughter of James Hammond and Lydia Isgar, in 1790.1 He died on 6 November 1816 at age 77.1,2
     He was Rector at Pewsey, Wiltshire, England.1
