     Adriana Margaretha Clifford was born on 1 October 1772 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ She was the daughter of George Clifford Heer van Hoogersmilde and Hester Hooft.¹ She married Jacob Unico Wilhelm graaf van Wassenaer Obdam Heer van Wassenaar, Lage, Twickel, Obdam, Spierdijk, Wogmeer, Hensbroek, Zuidwijk, Kernheim, Weldam en Olidam in 1791.¹ She died on 29 January 1797 at age 24 at Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.¹

     Jacob Unico Wilhelm graaf van Wassenaer Obdam Heer van Wassenaar, Lage, Twickel, Obdam, Spierdijk, Wogmeer, Hensbroek, Zuidwijk, Kernheim, Weldam en Olidam was born on 23 July 1769 at The Hague, The Netherlands.¹ He married Adriana Margaretha Clifford, daughter of George Clifford Heer van Hoogersmilde and Hester Hooft, in 1791.¹ He died on 31 August 1812 at age 43 at Castle Twickel, Ambt-Delden, The Netherlands.¹

     Johanna Clifford Vrouwe van Hoogersmilde was born in 1753.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Clifford and Adriana Margaretha van Marselis Vrouwe van Hoogersmilde.¹ She married Martinus Alewijn in 1774.¹ She died in 1791.¹

     Martinus Alewijn was born in 1747.¹ He married Johanna Clifford Vrouwe van Hoogersmilde, daughter of Henry Clifford and Adriana Margaretha van Marselis Vrouwe van Hoogersmilde, in 1774.¹ He died in 1807.¹

     Elizabeth Sarah Richardson was born on 25 February 1799 at Westminster, London, England.¹ She married Joseph Bainbridge on 8 April 1823 at St. Marylebone, London, England.¹ She died on 11 June 1829 at age 30 at Madras, India.¹
     From 8 April 1823, her married name became Bainbridge.¹

     Sir Samuel Home Stirling, 7th Bt. was born on 28 January 1830.¹ He was the son of George Stirling and Anne Henrietta Gray.¹ He married Mary Harriet Thornton Begbie, daughter of Colonel Thomas Stirling Begbie and Mary Hamilton Baillie, on 11 October 1854.¹ He died on 19 September 1861 at age 31 at Glorat, Storlingshire, Scotland.¹
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Stirling, of Glorat, co. Stirling [N.S., 1666] on 3 May 1858.²

     George Stirling was born on 22 February 1786.^2,1 He was the son of Sir John Stirling, 5th Bt. and Gloriana Folsome.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Henrietta Gray, daughter of William Gray, in December 1823.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Kibble, daughter of Thomas Kibble.³ He died on 21 February 1852 at age 65.³
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 9th Regiment.¹

     Anne Henrietta Gray was born in 1803. She was the daughter of William Gray.² She married George Stirling, son of Sir John Stirling, 5th Bt. and Gloriana Folsome, in December 1823.³
     From December 1823, her married name became Stirling.¹

     Mary Harriet Thornton Begbie was born in 1830 at Gillingham, Kent, England.² She was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Stirling Begbie and Mary Hamilton Baillie.² She married Sir Samuel Home Stirling, 7th Bt., son of George Stirling and Anne Henrietta Gray, on 11 October 1854.¹ She died on 14 January 1895 at Duns, Berwickshire, Scotland.^1,2
     From 11 October 1854, her married name became Stirling.¹

     Mary Eleanor Stirling was born on 31 August 1855 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She was the daughter of Sir Samuel Home Stirling, 7th Bt. and Mary Harriet Thornton Begbie.¹ She married Captain Charles Lisle Stirling-Cookson on 23 July 1885.³ She died in December 1898 at age 43.¹
     From 23 July 1885, her married name became Stirling-Cookson.²
