Maria Emilia Fagnani was the daughter of William Douglas, 4th Duke of Queensberry and unknown wife (?)1 She married Francis Charles Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford, son of Francis Seymour-Ingram, 2nd Marquess of Hertford and Hon. Isabella Anne Ingram-Shepheard, on 18 May 1798.1 She died on 2 March 1856 at Paris, FranceG.1
She was a ballet dancer.1 Her married name became Seymour-Conway. After her marriage, Maria Emilia Fagnani was styled as Marchioness of Hertford on 17 June 1822.
