     Sir Thomas Parkyns, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 8 December 1728.1,2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Parkyns, 2nd Bt. and Jane Barnat.1 He married, firstly, Jane Parkyns, daughter of Thomas Parkyns and Elizabeth Woodroffe, on 7 April 1747.1 He married, secondly, Sarah Smith, daughter of Daniel Smith, in 1765.1 He married, thirdly, Jane Boultbee, daughter of Thomas Boultbee, on 1 September 1796.1,2 He died on 17 March 1806 at age 77.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Parkyns, of Bunny, co. Nottingham [E., 1681] on 29 March 1741.1

     Sir Thomas Parkyns, 1st Bt. was baptised on 7 July 1639.2 He was the son of Isham Parkyns and Katherine Cave.1 He married Anne Cressy, daughter of Thomas Cressy and Elizabeth Glemham, in 1662.1 He died on 15 July 1684 at age 45.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Parkyns, of Bunny, co. Nottingham [England] on 18 May 1681.1

     Isham Parkyns was the son of Sir George Parkyns and Mary Isham.1 He married Katherine Cave, daughter of Henry Cave.1 He died on 21 June 1671.2
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Army.1 He lived at Bunny, Nottinghamshire, England.1 He held the office of Governor of The Place, Ashby-de-la-Zouche, where he resisted Cromwell to the last.1
