Francis Harvey was the son of Reverend William Harvey and Susanna Harvey.2 He married Martha Harvey, daughter of Reverend James Harvey.1 He died before 1792.1 His will was proven (by probate) in 1762.1

Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey was the son of Francis Harvey and Martha Harvey.2 He died on 1 July 1798, he was hanged off Wexbridge Bridge (with Matthew Keogh and Father Roche) . Their heads were later impaled on pikes over the courthouse.1
He was a practising Barrister-at- law.1 He lived at Bargy Castle, Tomhaggard, County Wexford, Ireland.1 Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey usually went by his middle name of Bagenal.1 He was a founder and leader of the Society of United Irishmen.1 In 1798 he was arrested and imprisoned in Wexford on the outbreak of the 1798 Rebellion.1 He fought in the Battle at New Ross on 5 June 1798.1 After the defeat at New Ross he fled to Galtee Islands, where he was captured by the loyalist army.1 He was released by rebels on entering the town.1 On 6 October 1798 his estates were confiscated under Act of Attainder.1
