     Vincent Woodbury Grubbs was born in 1848.1 He was the son of William Grubbs and Anne Ulfey Wade.2 He married Lydia Parr Stacy.1 He died in 1928.1
     He was admitted to Texas Bar in 1874.1 He was a distinguished Judge and educator.1 He was known as 'the father of industrial education in Texas.1'

     Thomas Whitfield Grubbs was born in 1891.1 He was the son of Vincent Woodbury Grubbs and Lydia Parr Stacy.2 He married, firstly, Cleo Effie Jones, daughter of Thomas Jones, in 1917.1 He married, secondly, Marl Pfund, daughter of Simon Pfund, in 1926.1 He died in May 1972.1
     He was official stenographer to the Texas House of Representatives.1 He lived at Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.1

     He graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., in 1941 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from San Francisco Thelolgical Seminary, San Anselmo, California, U.S.A., in 1944 with a Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.)1 He was Pastor of Sturge Presbyterian Church at San Mateo, California, U.S.A.1 He graduated from San Francisco Thelolgical Seminary, San Anselmo, California, U.S.A., in 1968 with a Master of Theology (Th.M.)1 He lived at 2228 Kehoe Avenue, San Mateo, California, U.S.A.1
