Timothy Robin Charles Walker was born on 22 January 1925.1 He was the son of Ernest Walker and Mildred Katherine Grace Heaton-Ellis.2 He married Dilys Radford, daughter of Brigadier John Victor Dykes Radford, on 18 February 1958.1 He died on 29 February 1964 at age 39, killed in an air accident.1
He was educated at Nautical College, Pangbourne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lietuenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Second World War, in the Mediterranean and Far East.1
