Lady Doreen Jeanne Fox-Strangways was born on 21 January 1931.1 She was the daughter of Walter Angelo Fox-Strangways, 8th Earl of Ilchester and Laure Georgine Emilie Mazaraki.1 She married, firstly, Peter Skelton, son of Edwin Skelton, on 22 March 1953.1 She and Peter Skelton were divorced in 1969.1 She married, secondly, John Livingstone on 30 July 1977.1 She died on 18 September 2008 at age 77.2
Her married name became Skelton. She adopted Caroline Skelton.1 From 30 July 1977, her married name became Livingstone.1 She was founder and principal of the Lady Elizabeth Livingstone Modelling School in 1983.1 She lived in 2003 at 72a Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbott, Devon, EnglandG.1

Vivian Fox-Strangways was born on 29 July 1898.1 He was the son of Maurice Walter Fox-Strangways and Louisa Blanche Phillips.1 He married, firstly, Rona Heathcote Plummer, daughter of A. H. Plummer, on 17 May 1927.1 He and Rona Heathcote Plummer were divorced in 1932.1 He married, secondly, Dorothy Margaret Sinker Bannerman, daughter of Reverend William Edward Bannerman, on 13 June 1934.1 He died on 21 November 1974 at age 76, without issue.1
