Diana Durnford-Slater was born in 1939.2 She was the daughter of Admiral Sir Robin Leonard Francis Durnford-Slater and Mary Alice Hilleary Gregson.3,4 She married, firstly, Simon Anstey.4 She married, secondly, Henry Walter Wiggin, son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Henry Wiggin and Elizabeth Ethelston Power, in 1986.1 She died on 16 November 2022.2

Richard Arthur Wiggin was born on 4 July 1903.1 He was the son of Alfred Harold Wiggin and Margaret Nettlefold.2 He married Joan Mary Whitehead, daughter of Smith Whitehead, on 24 January 1952.1 He died on 14 April 1977 at age 73.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1924 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the Worcestershire Yeomanry.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Worcestershire in 1946.1 He was director of Harry H. Payne Ltd and Guardian Standard of Wrought Plate Birmingham.1 He was Deputy Pro-Chancellor at Birmingham University, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Worcestershire in 1958.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Worcestershire in 1958.1
