     Frank Hastings Waller was born on 16 October 1871.¹ He was the son of Robert William Waller and Emily Page.² He married Elvie Grace Bedford, daughter of William Bedford, on 23 April 1914.¹ He died in August 1953 at age 81.¹
     He was General Manager Railways, Colonial Civil Service at Nigeria.¹

     Elvie Grace Bedford was the daughter of William Bedford.² She married Frank Hastings Waller, son of Robert William Waller and Emily Page, on 23 April 1914.¹ She died in 1940, as the result of enemy action.¹
     From 23 April 1914, her married name became Waller.
