Sir Charles Hibbert Tupper, 5th Bt. was born on 4 July 1930.1 He was the son of Sir James Macdonald Tupper, 4th Bt. and Agnes Jean Collins.2 He married Bernice Yvonne Quinn on 13 June 1959.1 He and Bernice Yvonne Quinn were divorced in 1976.1 He died on 25 May 2008 at age 77.3
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Tupper, of Armdale, Halifax, Nova Scotia [U.K., 1888] on 23 June 1967.2 He lived in 2003 at Suite 1101, 955 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.1
