Charles William More, 5th Earl Mountcashell was born on 17 October 1826.1 He was the son of Stephen Moore, 3rd Earl Mountcashell and Anna Maria Wyss.1 He married, firstly, Charlotte Mary Smyth, daughter of Richard Smyth and Hon. Harriet St. Leger, on 18 January 1848.2 He married, secondly, Florence Cornelius, daughter of Henry Cornelius, on 19 October 1893.1 He died on 20 February 1898 at age 71 at Moore Park, County Cork, IrelandG, without surviving male issue.1
