     Murray Rokeby Price was born on 29 October 1894.1 He was the son of Wilfrid Thomas Rokeby Price and Emily Catherine Murray.2 He died on 24 September 1968 at age 73, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Gresham's School, Holt, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the York and Lancaster Regiment.1 He gained the rank of with the Indian Imperial Police.1 He was Deputy-General of Police between 1946 and 1949.1 He was awarded the Indian Police Medal.1

     Freda Rokeby Price is the daughter of Wilfrid Thomas Rokeby Price and Emily Catherine Murray.2 She married, firstly, Captain George Edgecombe Hellyer on 19 June 1915.1 She married, secondly, Arthur William Montague Marshall, son of John Marshall, on 23 January 1917.1
     From 19 June 1915, her married name became Hellyer. From 23 January 1917, her married name became Marshall.
