     Mary Manners was born in 1756.¹ She was the daughter of General Lord Robert Manners and Mary Digges.¹ She married William Hamilton Nisbet, son of William Nisbet of Dirleton and Mary Hamilton, on 31 January 1777.¹ She died in 1834.¹
