     After her marriage, Elisabeth (?) was styled as Baroness Carbery after 2006. From after 2006, her married name became Evans-Freke.1

     Sir Geoffrey de Havilland was born on 27 July 1882 at Magdala House, Terriers, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles de Havilland and Alice Jeannette Saunders.1 He married, firstly, Louie Thomas in 1909.1 He married, secondly, Joan Mary Frith in 1951.1 He died on 21 May 1965 at age 82 at Watford Peace Memorial Hospital, Hertfordshire, England.1
     He was awarded the Air Force Cross (A.F.C.) in 1919.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Aeronautical Society (F.R.Ae.S.)1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1934.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1944.1 He was awarded the Order of Merit (O.M.) in 1962.1
