Agnes Lammie is the daughter of John Lammie of Dunkenny.2 She married, firstly, Silvester Rattray of Craighall, 16th of Rattray, son of George Rattray of Craighall, 15th of Rattray and Janet Drummond.1 She married, secondly, John Drummond of Blair Drummond in October 1617.1

David Rattray of Craighall, 17th of Rattray is the son of Silvester Rattray of Craighall, 16th of Rattray and Agnes Lammie.2 He married Agnes Hay, daughter of Peter Hay and Margaret Boyd, on 24 August 1617.2 He died in 1654.2

Patrick Rattray of Craighall-Rattray, 18th of Rattray was the son of David Rattray of Craighall, 17th of Rattray and Agnes Hay.2 He married Hon. Anne Drummond, daughter of John Drummond, 2nd Lord Maderty and Margaret Leslie, on 25 January 1639.1 He died on 10 April 1677.1
On 18 February 1648 he obtained on his father's resignation , a regrant uniting his Barony of Kinballoch with his lands in Rattray and other parishes into one free barony ‘to be called the Barony of Craighall-Rattray in all time coming.1'
