     Alice Mary Grimshaw was the daughter of John Grimshaw.² She married James Nuttall, son of Edmund Nuttall, in 1865.¹ She died on 5 July 1922.¹
     From 1865, her married name became Nuttall.

     Sir Edmund Nuttall, 1st Bt. was born on 29 May 1870.¹ He is the son of James Nuttall and Alice Mary Grimshaw.² He married Ethel Christine Lillington, daughter of Reverend Frederick Lillington, on 8 January 1895.¹ He died on 11 October 1923 at age 53.²
     He was head of Nuttall & Co, civil engineers and contractors, of Manchester.¹ He was registered as a Associate Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (A.M.I.C.E.)¹ He was created 1st Baronet Nuttall, of Chasefield, Parish of Bowdon, co. Chester [U.K.] on 22 June 1922.¹

     James Nuttall was born on 14 August 1877.¹ He was the son of James Nuttall and Alice Mary Grimshaw.² He married Beatrice Thompson, daughter of William Goulden Thompson, on 11 June 1902.¹
     He also had three daughters.¹ He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, England.¹ He was educated at Manchester University, Manchester, Lancashire, England.¹

     Beatrice Thompson is the daughter of William Goulden Thompson.² She married James Nuttall, son of James Nuttall and Alice Mary Grimshaw, on 11 June 1902.¹
     From 11 June 1902, her married name became Nuttall.

     Norman Nuttall was born on 12 March 1907.¹ He was the son of James Nuttall and Beatrice Thompson.² He married Monica Gillow, daughter of Henry Paulyn Gillow and Marie Leeming, on 29 December 1945.¹ He died in April 1996 at age 89 at Macclesfield, Cheshire, England.³
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Rifle Brigade.¹

     Henry Paulyn Gillow was born on 7 October 1882.² He was the son of Joseph Gillow and Eleanor Mary McKenna.² He married Marie Leeming.² He died on 29 September 1965 at age 82.²
     He lived at Bowden, Cheshire, England.¹

     Monica Gillow was born on 18 June 1919.² She was the daughter of Henry Paulyn Gillow and Marie Leeming.^3,2 She married Norman Nuttall, son of James Nuttall and Beatrice Thompson, on 29 December 1945.¹ She died on 9 January 1998 at age 78.²
     From 29 December 1945, her married name became Nuttall.

     James Anthony Nuttall was born on 10 October 1946.¹ He was the son of Norman Nuttall and Monica Gillow.² He died circa 1965, killed in a car crash.¹
