Sir Frederick Richard Milbank, 3rd Bt. was born on 7 September 1881.1 He was the son of Sir Powlett Charles John Milbank, 2nd Bt. and Edith Mary Green-Price.1 He married Harriet Anne Dorothy Wilson, daughter of Colonel John Gerald Wilson and Angelina Rose Geraldine O'Brien, on 12 July 1904.1 He died on 29 April 1964 at age 82.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Yorkshire Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 5th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre Belgium.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Milbank, of Well, co. York, and of Hart, co.
