Sir Kenyon Pascoe Vaughan-Morgan was born on 27 October 1873.1 He was the son of Edward Vaughan Morgan and Emily Anne Pascoe.1,2 He married Muriel Marie Collett, daughter of John Collett, on 28 April 1897.1 He died on 21 August 1933 at age 59.1
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Army Service Corps.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1 He was vice-chairman of Morgan Crucible Co Ltd.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fulham East between 1922 and 1933.1 He was chairman of London Municipal Society.1 He was General Commissioner of Income Tax.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County London in 1928.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1929.1
