Sir John Nigel Milburn, 4th Bt. was born on 22 April 1918.1 He was the son of Sir Leonard John Milburn, 3rd Bt. and Joan Katherine Anne Paula Anson Horton.2 He married Dorothy Joan Butcher, daughter of Leslie Butcher, on 23 October 1940.1 He died on 14 July 1985 at age 67 at Morpeth, Northumberland, England.1,3
