William Orlando Markham1

     William Orlando Markham was born on 28 January 1818.1 He was the son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.2 He married, firstly, Eliza Emma Smith, daughter of John William Smith, on 29 April 1847.1 He married, secondly, Catharine Hamilton, daughter of Professor James Hamilton, on 21 September 1854.1 He died on 23 January 1891 at age 72.1
     He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)1

     Eliza Emma Smith was the daughter of John William Smith.2 She married William Orlando Markham, son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness, on 29 April 1847.1 She died on 12 August 1848.1
     She lived Shrewsbury issue.1 Her married name became Markham.

     Thomas Hugh Markham was born on 28 November 1825.1 He was the son of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.2 He died on 19 September 1868 at age 42, unmarried.1
     He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising barrister.1

Anna Maria Frances Markham1

     Anna Maria Frances Markham was born on 22 March 1813.1 She was the daughter of Charles Markham and Eliza Mary Packharness.2 She married Reverend John Cox circa 1839.1 She died on 1 January 1878 at age 64.1

     From 7 June 1855, her married name became Lovell.
