     Princess Tamara Imeretinsky was born on 6 December 1926. She is the daughter of Prince Michael Imeretinsky and Margaret Stella Wright.¹ She married, firstly, Lt.-Cdr. Thomas Mervyn Dorrien-Smith, son of Major Arthur Algernon Dorrien-Smith and Eleanor Salvin Bowlby, on 21 July 1945 at London, England^G.¹ She and Lt.-Cdr. Thomas Mervyn Dorrien-Smith were divorced in 1967.¹ She married, secondly, Charles Towneley Strachey, 4th Baron O'Hagan of Tullahogue, son of Hon. Thomas Anthony Edward Towneley Strachey and Lady Mary Sophia Palmer, on 13 July 1967 at London, England^G.² She and Charles Towneley Strachey, 4th Baron O'Hagan of Tullahogue were divorced in 1984.²
     From 21 July 1945, her married name became Dorrien-Smith. From 13 July 1967, her married name became Strachey. After her marriage, Princess Tamara Imeretinsky was styled as Baroness O'Hagan of Tullahogue on 13 July 1967.

     Lt.-Cdr. Thomas Mervyn Dorrien-Smith was born on 12 May 1913 at Ashlyns Parh^G.² He was the son of Major Arthur Algernon Dorrien-Smith and Eleanor Salvin Bowlby.³ He married, firstly, Princess Tamara Imeretinsky, daughter of Prince Michael Imeretinsky and Margaret Stella Wright, on 21 July 1945 at London, England^G.² He and Princess Tamara Imeretinsky were divorced in 1967.² He married, secondly, Margaret Claire Hugh-Jones, daughter of Llewellyn Arthur Hugh-Jones and Dulcibella Eden, on 20 July 1969 at London, England^G.^4,5 He died on 5 December 1973 at age 60 at Tresco Abbey, Scilly Isles, England^G.
