Ulick Henry Bourke, 9th Earl of Mayo was born on 13 March 1890.1 He was the son of Walter Longley Bourke, 8th Earl of Mayo and Ethel Kathleen Jane Freeman.1 He married Noel Jessie Wilson, daughter of William James Wilson, on 31 July 1937.1 He died on 17 December 1962 at age 72, without issue.1
He was educated at Wixenford School, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Uppingham School, Uppingham, Rutland, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's African Rifles.1 He succeeded as the 9th Viscount Mayo of Monycrower, co. Mayo [I., 1781] on 6 May 1939.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baron Naas of Naas, co. Kildare [I., 1776] on 6 May 1939.1 He succeeded as the 9th Earl of the County of Mayo [I., 1785] on 6 May 1939.1

Noel Jessie Wilson was the daughter of William James Wilson.1 She married, firstly, John Selwyn Haliburton.1 She married, secondly, Ulick Henry Bourke, 9th Earl of Mayo, son of Walter Longley Bourke, 8th Earl of Mayo and Ethel Kathleen Jane Freeman, on 31 July 1937.1 She died in 1993.1
Her married name became Haliburton.1 From 31 July 1937, her married name became Bourke.1 After her marriage, Noel Jessie Wilson was styled as Countess of Mayo on 6 May 1939.

Bryan Longley Bourke was born on 18 July 1897.1 He was the son of Walter Longley Bourke, 8th Earl of Mayo and Ethel Kathleen Jane Freeman.1 He married, firstly, Violet Wilmot Heathcote Stisted, daughter of Courtney Heathcote Stisted and Edith Harvey Cockburn, on 4 April 1923.1 He married, secondly, Patricia May Dickinson, daughter of Harold Bertie Dickinson, on 11 February 1952.1 He died on 11 June 1961 at age 63.1
