     Jack Leslie Vernon Vernon, 7th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden was born on 10 November 1938.2 He was the son of Ronald Cecil Vernon, 6th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden and Queenie Constance Ardern.2 He married Lynette June Lilley, daughter of William Herbert Lilley, on 11 November 1961.2 He died on 18 December 2017 at age 79 at Te Aroha, New Zealand.3
     He was educated at Te Aroha College, Te Aroha, New Zealand.2 He was Fire Officer in 1975.2 He was Deputy Chief Fire Officer in 1981.2 He was Chief Fire Officer between 1987 and 1994.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden, co. Northampton [U.K., 1859] on 12 August 1999.2 He lived in 2003 at 17 Carlton Street, Te Aroha, New ZealandG.2

     Lynette June Lilley is the daughter of William Herbert Lilley.2 She married Jack Leslie Vernon Vernon, 7th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden, son of Ronald Cecil Vernon, 6th Baron Lyveden of Lyveden and Queenie Constance Ardern, on 11 November 1961.1
     From 11 November 1961, her married name became Vernon. After her marriage, Lynette June Lilley was styled as Baroness Lyveden of Lyveden on 12 August 1999.
