Robert McComie is the son of unknown McComie.2 He married Barbara Rattray.1
And was killed by a band of caterans (two of whom were caught and hanged by Roberts of Straloch) an only dau.1 He was reckoned 4th Chief.1 He lived at the Thom, Glenshee, Scotland.1 In 1595 he gave an heritable band of manrent to Lachlan, 16th of Mackintosh, as his ‘natyff chief.1'
