     Eleanor Nettleship was the daughter of Thomas Nettleship.2 She married Sir John William Maclure, 1st Bt., son of John McClure and Elizabeth Kearsley, on 13 December 1859.1 She died on 1 April 1910.1
     From 13 December 1859, her married name became Maclure.

Sir John Edward Stanley Maclure, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir John Edward Stanley Maclure, 2nd Bt. was born on 25 February 1869.1 He was the son of Sir John William Maclure, 1st Bt. and Eleanor Nettleship.2 He married Ruth Ina Muriel McHardy, daughter of Commander Wallace Bruce McHardy, on 14 April 1898.1 He died on 16 November 1938 at age 69.1
     He was Chief Paymaster.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Maclure, of The Home, Whalley Range, near Manchester, co. Palatine of Lancaster [U.K., 1898] on 28 January 1901.1 He was Staff General Officer Commanding of the Scottish Command, formerly Manchester Regiment.1
