     Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. was born in 1641.¹ He was the son of Sir John Kaye, 1st Bt. and Margaret Moseley.² He married Ann Lister, daughter of William Lister and Catherine Hawksworth, before 1663.¹ He died on 8 August 1706.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kaye, of Woodsome, co. York [E., 1642] on 23 July 1662.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yorkshire between 1685 and 1698.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yorkshire between 1701 and 1706.¹

     George Montagu was born in 1714 at Laycock, Lackham, Wiltshire, England.¹ He was the son of James Montagu and Elizabeth Eyles.¹ He died in May 1716 at Laycock, Lackham, Wiltshire, England.¹

     Ann Lister was the daughter of William Lister and Catherine Hawksworth.^2,3 She married Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt., son of Sir John Kaye, 1st Bt. and Margaret Moseley, before 1663.¹ She died circa June 1702.³ She was buried in June 1702.³
     She lived at Thornton in Craven, Yorkshire, England.¹ From before 1663, her married name became Kaye.

     Sir Arthur Kaye, 3rd Bt. was born in 1660.¹ He was the son of Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. and Ann Lister.² He married Anne Marowe, daughter of Sir Samuell Marowe, 1st and last Bt. and Anne Whorwood, on 22 July 1690.¹ He died on 10 July 1726, without male issue.¹
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Kaye, of Woodsome, co. York [E., 1642] on 8 August 1706.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Yorkshire between 1710 and 1726.¹

     He lived at Foswell Bank, Perthshire, Scotland.¹

     Elizabeth Graham was the daughter of Thomas Graham, 4th of Balgowan and Anne Drummond.¹ She married William Moray, 12th of Abercairny, son of Sir Robert Moray, 11th of Abercairny and Anne Graeme. She died in 1708.¹
     Her married name became Moray.

     Henry Lysaght is the son of Arthur Lysaght and Charity Wrixon.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the 24th Regiment of Foot.¹

     Thomas Lister was the son of Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. and Ann Lister.² He died in 1745, unmarried.¹
     He was given the name of Thomas Kaye at birth. In November 1701 his name was legally changed to Thomas Lister on inheriting his cousin Christopher Lister's estates.

     George Kaye was the son of Sir John Kaye, 2nd Bt. and Ann Lister.² He married Dorothy Savile, daughter of Robert Savile.¹ He died circa 1 April 1710.¹ He was buried on 4 April 1710.¹
