     Lt.-Col. Simon David Richard Wynn Brewis was born on 31 December 1941.¹ He is the son of Charles Richard Wynn Brewis and Elizabeth Helen Murray.¹
     He was educated at Canford School, Wimborne, Dorset, England^G.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Parachute Regiment.¹

     Jennifer Helen Brewis was born on 12 March 1940.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Richard Wynn Brewis and Elizabeth Helen Murray.¹ She died on 18 December 1956 at age 16.¹

     Christian Anne Murray was born on 16 August 1913.¹ She is the daughter of Major Hon. Alexander David Murray and Christian Maule Stewart-Richardson.¹
     She was with the Women's Royal Naval Service during the Second World War.¹ She lived in 2003 at Easter Dunfallandy, Pitlochry, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Lady Marjorie Louisa Murray was the daughter of William David Murray, Viscount Stormont and Emily Louisa Mac Gregor.¹ She married Sir Kenneth John Mackenzie of Gairloch, 7th Bt., son of Sir Kenneth Smith Mackenzie of Gairloch, 6th Bt. and Eila Frederica Campbell, on 8 April 1891.¹ She died on 18 February 1943.¹
     Her married name became Mackenzie. On 13 March 1899 she was granted the rank of an earl's daughter.² She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.¹ She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)²

     Sir Kenneth John Mackenzie of Gairloch, 7th Bt. was born on 6 October 1861.² He was the son of Sir Kenneth Smith Mackenzie of Gairloch, 6th Bt. and Eila Frederica Campbell.² He married Lady Marjorie Louisa Murray, daughter of William David Murray, Viscount Stormont and Emily Louisa Mac Gregor, on 8 April 1891.¹ He died on 4 December 1929 at age 68.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.² He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, King's Own Cameron Highlanders.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Ross and Cromarty.² He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty.² He was King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer of Scotland between 1900 and 1921.² He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Mackenzie, of Gairloch [N.S., 1703] on 9 February 1900.²

     Lady Mabel Emily Murray was born on 23 October 1866.² She was the daughter of William David Murray, Viscount Stormont and Emily Louisa Mac Gregor.² She married Admiral Sir Herbert Goodenough King-Hall, son of Admiral Sir William King-Hall and Louisa Forman, on 30 March 1905.¹ She died on 18 July 1969 at age 102, without issue.²
     On 13 March 1899 she was granted the rank of an earl's daughter.³ From 30 March 1905, her married name became King-Hall.¹

     Admiral Sir Herbert Goodenough King-Hall was born on 15 March 1862.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir William King-Hall and Louisa Forman.¹ He married Lady Mabel Emily Murray, daughter of William David Murray, Viscount Stormont and Emily Louisa Mac Gregor, on 30 March 1905.¹ He died on 20 October 1936 at age 74, without issue.¹
     He was commissioned in 1875, in the service of the Royal Navy.¹ He fought in the Egyptian War in 1882.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1894.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1900.¹ He fought in the Boer War in 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1907.¹ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.) in 1908.¹ He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in 1909.¹ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in 1915.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1916.¹ He gained the rank of Admiral in 1918.¹

     Admiral Sir William King-Hall was born in March 1816.¹ He was the son of James Hall and Mary Miller.¹ He married, firstly, Louisa Forman, daughter of James Forman, on 20 June 1844.² He married, secondly, Charlotte Simpson, daughter of T. C. Simpson, on 6 July 1880.² He died on 29 July 1886 at age 70.¹
     He was commissioned in 1829, in the service of the Royal Navy.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)² He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in 1869.² He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in 1875.² He was Commander-in-Chief of the the Nore between 1877 and 1879.² He gained the rank of Admiral in 1879.²

     Vice-Admiral Henry George Seymour was born on 20 March 1818.¹ He was the son of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley.¹ He married Sophia Margaret Hoste, daughter of Derick Hoste and Anne Hoste, on 4 September 1861.¹ He died on 26 July 1869 at age 51.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Antrim.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He held the office of Lord of the Admiralty.¹ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sophia Margaret Hoste was born circa 1836 at King's Lynn, Norfolk, England^G.² She was the daughter of Derick Hoste and Anne Hoste.^1,2 She married Vice-Admiral Henry George Seymour, son of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour and Georgiana Mary Berkeley, on 4 September 1861.¹ She died on 16 May 1917.¹
     Her married name became Seymour.
