Sir Con Douglas Walter O'Neill was born on 3 June 1912.1 He was the son of Robert William Hugh O'Neill, 1st Baron Rathcavan and Sylvia Irene Sandeman.2 He married, firstly, Rosemary Margaret Pritchard, daughter of Dr. Harold Pritchard and Edith Little, on 22 June 1940.1 He and Rosemary Margaret Pritchard were divorced in 1954.1 He married, secondly, Carola Hertha Adolfine Emma Harriet Luise Baronin von Holzing-Berstett, daughter of Max Reinhard August Baron von Holzing-Berstett, on 30 June 1954.1 He married, thirdly, Anne-Marie Ljungström, daughter of Bertil Ljungström, on 21 October 1961.1 He died in 1988.1
