Ramsay Rainsford-Hannay was born on 29 April 1884.1 He was the son of Colonel Ramsay William Rainsford-Hannay of Kirkdale and Helen Jane Brancker.2 He died on 11 February 1917 at age 32 at MesopotamiaG, killed in action.1

Major Donald Rainsford-Hannay was born on 16 October 1885.1 He was the son of Colonel Ramsay William Rainsford-Hannay of Kirkdale and Helen Jane Brancker.2 He married Gladys Woodlock, daughter of John Woodlock, in 1920.1 He died in December 1947 at age 62.1
He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 53rd Sikhs, Indian Army.1 He fought in the Mohmand and Afridi Campaigns in 1908.1 He fought in the First World War, and was wounded at Loos.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.1 He was in the service of the Maharajahs of Jhind and Jodhpur between 1932 and 1947.1

Mary Rainsford-Hannay was the daughter of Colonel Ramsay William Rainsford-Hannay of Kirkdale and Helen Jane Brancker.2 She married Edward Adam Cliff McCulloch, son of William Cliff McCulloch, on 20 May 1913.1 She died on 22 June 1938.1
