     Sir Francis Rodes was born circa 1530.2 He was the son of John Rodes and Attelina Hewett.2 He married Elizabeth Sandford, daughter of Brian Sandford.3 He married, secondly, Maria Charlton, daughter of Francis Charlton and Cicilia Fitton.2 He died in 1588 at Staveley Woodthrope, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2
     He lived at Barlborough, Derbyshire, England.4 He held the office of Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.1 He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 In October 1586 at Fotheringhay, Northamptonshire, England, he took part in the trial of Mary Queen of Scots.2

     Ethel Mary Turner was born on 24 January 1870 at Balby, Yorkshire, England.1 She married Herbert Raine Curlewis, son of Frederick Charles Curlewis and Georgina Sophia O'Brien, on 22 April 1896 at St. John's Anglican Church, Gordon, New South Wales, Australia.1 She died on 8 April 1958 at age 88 at Mosman, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1
     She wrote the book Seven Little Australians, published 1894.1 From 22 April 1896, her married name became Curlewis.1

Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander.3 He married Caroline Constance Alicia Annie Maria Schneider, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Frederick Schneider and Louisa Fuller, on 9 April 1885.1 He died on 4 February 1934 at age 87.1
     He was with the Bombay Civil Service.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.1

Frederick Schneider and Louisa Fuller.3,2 She was baptised on 27 December 1859 at Belgaum, Bombay, India.2 She married Stephen Hammick, son of Rev. Sir St. Vincent Love Hammick, 2nd Bt. and Mary Alexander, on 9 April 1885.1 She died on 5 January 1937 at age 77.1
     Caroline Constance Alicia Annie Maria Schneider usually went by her middle name of Constance.2 From 9 April 1885, her married name became Hammick.
