Arthur Marescoe Frederick was born on 23 June 1869.1 He was the son of George Septimus Frederick and Emily Caroline Rising.2 He married Petrona Elena Davie, daughter of C. J. F. Davie, on 11 August 1900.1 He died on 18 February 1963 at age 93.1
