Ernest Prescott Frederick was born on 8 June 1858.1 He was the son of George Septimus Frederick and Emily Caroline Rising.2 He married Wilhelmina Lindsay Alexander, daughter of Reverend William Lindsay Alexander, on 29 July 1890.1 He married Gladys Oliveria Travers, daughter of James Lindsay Travers, on 18 December 1919.1 He died on 22 March 1929 at age 70.1
