Lt.-Gen. Sir Thomas Fowke was born circa 1744.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Thomas Fowke and Dorothy Randall.2 He married Anne Woollaston, daughter of Sir Isaac Woollaston, 2nd Bt., on 12 August 1772.1 He died on 30 November 1786.1
