Dorothy Jessie Piper Parmenter was the daughter of Reverend A. H. Parmenter.2 She married Reverend Richard Stanley Pelly, son of Stanley Augustus Pelly and Louisa Ross, in 1917.1 She died on 27 March 1934.1
