1. I will that all my just debts & funeral charges be paid by my executors.
2. I will unto my well beloved wife Abrilla the third part of my personal estate consisting in horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, & household goods & furniture, to her during her widowhood or natural life, & if she never should mary again for her to live with my son Josuah on the premises where I now live her life time if she sees cause so to do & after her decease her third part to be equally divided among my daughters, namely Susanna, Rachel, Sarah, Mary, Elenor, Elizabeth, Margaret, Abrilla, Ludda, Airy, & Hannah & what remains ober & above my wifes part of the goods & cattle above mentioned, after my Decease to be valued by three men, choosen by my daughters or a majority of them, & to be equally divided among them as above named.
3. I will unto my son Israel Whitaker one hundred & nine acres of land on the lower end of my tract & in the west corner over Dutchmans creek, adjoining to John Whitaker land, to him his heirs & assigns forever.
4. I will unto my son Joshua Witacker one hundred and three acres of land, wheron I now live including my improvements, mansion house, orchard, Grits mill & saw mill, one acre being accepted for the use of the meeting house & all my farming utensils, to him his heirs & assigns for ever.
I make & ordain my trusty & well beloved son John Whitaker my executor, together with my well beloved wife Abrilla of this my last will & test: And I do hereby revoke, disanul & make void all former wills & bequeaths by me made either by writing or any other way, ratifying & confirming this & no other to be my last will & testament.
