Matilda Theodosia Browne1

     Matilda Theodosia Browne was the daughter of Thomas Richardson Browne and Sarah de Montmorency.2,1 She married Captain Charles Edward Eccles, son of Charles Eccles, on 11 December 1883.1 She died, without issue.1
     From 11 December 1883, her married name became Eccles.

     Captain Charles Edward Eccles was the son of Charles Eccles.2 He married Matilda Theodosia Browne, daughter of Thomas Richardson Browne and Sarah de Montmorency, on 11 December 1883.1 He died in 1897.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Donegal Militia Artillery.1

George Browne1

     George Browne was born in 1816.1 He was the son of John Hamilton Browne and Jane Matilda Lecky.2 He married Susan Mary Hilton, daughter of Thomas Hilton, in 1844.1 He died in 1887.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the 44th Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Derry.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Derry.1 He lived at Comber House, County Londonderry, IrelandG.1

     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Derry.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Irish Fusiliers.1 He lived at Comber House, County Londonderry, IrelandG.1 He was given the name of Cecil Hamilton Browne at birth.1 In 1898 his name was legally changed to Cecil Hamilton Browne-Lecky by Deed Poll.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Derry in 1906.1
